    AVID XO hose question

I bought some 2012 Avid XO brakes from a friend and the rear hose is to short. I thought about simply swapping my hoses over from my 2012 elixir 1's but the caliper uses a banjo system on the xo. So I haven't attempted to take apart the xo caliper hose connection to see if I can use my elixir hoses. Anyone have experience with a swap like this. If it wont work where can I purchase the XO hose kit. I have found them online for xx but not XO. Thanks

speaking from experience - I had the exact same problem with my CR Mags (pretty much the exact same brakes as XO) do not attempt to use anything except the CR/XO hose, I wasted too much time and time and money trying to "jerry rig it".

The hose kit you need is the elixir 5/R/CR/XO hose kit. (Check ebay)

I a spare have a white XO/CR hose kit (actually I have 2 white hose kits, and a spare black line 47") if you want one just PM me I'll cut you a deal.
