    MYOG Wind/Rain Pants - 73g!

Made myself a pair of thru-hiker liberty ridge "wind" pants from M90 fabric. The fabric is thin so not the sort of thing for bush-bashing, but for getting out of the wind once you've made camp they seem excellent. Can't wait to give them a try on some summit camps above the snow line. M90 is a lightweight breathable fabric with a water repellent (DWR) treatment.

The weight of 73g for a large set of pants is unreal.

Nice Job. Wind pants as camp pants seem to be really underrated. I've used my Montbell ones for a while now and they're perfect for keeping the legs warm into the evening after riding all day. Keep the mosquitos out too.
