    What's my bike worth?

A friend of mine expressed an interest in buying my bike, and I'm considering selling it to him. I'm wondering what a fair asking price is. I bought the bike used, so I have a limited knowledge of what components are on it. Here are some basics:

    K2 Zed 5.0 frame
    Noleen shock (no leakage issues)
XTR drivetrain/brakes (chainrings are Race Face)
    Rolf Satellite wheels
    Race Face crank
King headeset, Thomson stem, Easton bars, Alien post, Selle saddle
    Egg Beaters pedals

Everything is in good shape; nothing needs to be replaced in the near future.

What year? Good shape is not the same as not needing replacement only that it still works okay.

I'm not sure, although I'll check the bike when I'm home and see if there is any indication.

After I bought it I took it to my LBS for a $10 tune up and the seasoned owner/mechanic said that he thought the drivetrain was in good shape. I don't think the bike saw much dirt and mud before I owned it, and it certainly hasn't since I bought it.

After hanging up my previous bike around '96, I've regressed back to being a complete rookie on the subject of bikes.
