    What is it....

So I have the opportunity to get this, but I have no idea who the manufacturer is. I know it says Focus, but then the seat tube sticker has the "t"

    Could any one help?

Don't know a whole lot about these frames, but they're the older gen frames from around 2010 or so. The new gen Dog Fish are not as stout as these....I mean, check out all the extra gussets around the head tube and seat post tube. These frames were built for some serious abuse.
I'd get it, strip it down, re-paint it and build it up with decent second hand parts. Just make sure you inspect it really well, especially around the welds, 'cause that frame's got some battle scars.

It looks like a very heavily built frame. But, then again it also looks beat to hell. I'd be concerned about metal fatigue.
