very minor ding in seatstay of Titanium frame. Should I be concerned?

Let me preface this by saying that I've been away from mountain biking for close to a decade, raising kids and staying busy with work. Now that they're riding bikes of their own, I want to get back into it recreationally.

That said, I have my eye on a gently used Merlin Ti mountain frame (not the ultralight, but regular version). It does have a very minor ding probably from a small rock on the seatstay. Is this pretty much a cosmetic issue, or is there a chance of future failure akin to an aluminum frame. Thanks for any input!
