    urban, dirt, messing around bike

for the times when i don't have more free time to make it to the mtns., i'd like to pick up a decent urban, dirt, messing around bike. i'd like a good all around package for around $350-$600. any suggestions?

i figure it will help me become a better jumper for the next bike, which will be a solid all mtn./trail ride w/ 5.5"-6.5".

For a good all around bike,

    I love my P.2

It's getting old -- I think it's an 04 now -- but damn is it fun to goof off on.

In all fairness, most DJ frames work very well, and I'd recommend the Azonic Steelhead just because of the low price.
