Should I Feel Comfortable On A 19" Frame?

Actually I don't know if it is an 18" or a 19.5". It is a '96 Gary Fisher Mamba I got from my brother for free. I never really thought about what size it was, and for fun I measured it the other day.
As far as the size, it depends on how it is measured. From the center of the BB to the top of the seat tube, it is 19.5." From the center of the BB to the center of the top tube, about 18".
The top tube length is 19ish from the center of the head tube to the center of the seat tube.
I am 6'1" and am totally comfy on this bike.
From some of the stuff I read, I should feel cramped, but don't.

If it feels comfortable, it's probably right.

Don't get too hung up on the theory, how you feel riding it is far more important than how the book says you should feel.
