Caution; Merge; Workers Ahead! PW problem

PW problem-f72bf05c-e43b-476d-96a0-fdf1a1bbcc8b.jpegHi im a teenager from finland. My summer house has a moped i can ride . So i have this PW80 and i want to build a seat to the splash guard at the back. I would like a friend with me when im riding but the seat is so small. I already did the seat cushion out of an old pillow but the plastic splash guard doesnt have the structural integrity to support anyone. So here is the main question. How do i make the splash guard strong enough to support 80 kilograms without welding? Metal plates from the hardware store and bolt them in to the frame to make it longer? Give me something to work on this is a new thing. Thanks.

I think you have found the wrong forum. some folks on here might be able to help you, but the discussion here is 99% pedal-powered bicycles. you'll find better advice on a motorbike-specific forum.
