    Nice bike.
And though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours...I simply am not there.

Sorry I did'nt get back to you sooner left for a day and just got back. Haven't had time to ride it yet.
I can't compare it to anything yet other than a couple of older hardtails I've owned besides I'm really a novice when it come to dirt having been roadie these last 30 years.
Like I said I'm a hard nosed roadie and had 5 road bikes, sold two of them to purchase the Rocky Mountain after doing research and talking to guys who are serious dirt riders.
It's a nos 2008 Rocky Mountain Element 30 that I won on auction (Ebay) for $999.99.
I was even able to get it registered at RM website since it still had its serial number tag.
I was just lucky because the week before I bid on one that was used and a couple of years old that went for $825.
I was going to buy an Ibex Asta comp or Sette but thought what the hell, I'll bid on this for $1000 not expecting to get it.
    Sometimes you're just lucky.

Nice bike. If am not mistaken, the frame is still made in Canada. I like frame with simple lines and I read the frame is light and responsive. Enjoy.
