Modifying my Specialized Epic EVO Expert

Hi im planning this summer to ride some Enduro/All mountains.

And in this case i either need to upgrade my Epic with a new shock, Fork and wheels (If this is possible?). Or should i just buy a extra bike for this?

When i'm saying upgrading my epic im talking about a setup like this:
    Fork: 150-160mm
    Rear: 120-150mm

But if this was possible, would it ruin the geometri too much?
Right now i have a 120mm in front and 100mm rear.

I have been looking at the Specialized Enduro, and something that i have been wondering about is: Why can it be that the Enduro only have a 120mm on the rear? Is this enough?

Epic is a XC bike. Think sports car.

The travel you want is a trail bike. Think pickup 4x4 truck
