    My best guess

$350-$400. The new parts are nice, but none of them are expensive. The remaining parts that do not state as being new, I'd say I'd have to presume are in decent shape. The Selle Italia saddle is probably expensive, but overall the bike appeals to a very specific buyer and unfortunately it's not me. With all that said, I would be hard pressed to pay on the high end of my estimate.

Yeah, that would definately be the first thing to go. I ride almost all XC (that's really all there is around here) and some rock, but nothing major. They are asking $375, just wondering if I could get a better bike (even used) for the money or maybe a little more money.

If you can get it for $300 or so that would be a good deal I guess, and stick the saved money into a new fork.

Buy a bike that has or can be set up with disc brakes. FSA Pig headset is a extream headset for a 1X9 then throw on a XTR rear der & bump the bling on a name.

I never worried about disc because I always ride dry trails. So you are saying the components are mismatched?

I would still suggest disc for any condition.
    Mismatched components, yes highly.

Well I can upgrade to discs later, the frame is compatible. For the fork I would probably go with a rockshox tora.

All true, it will need disc specific wheels if you were to upgrade to disc. You can get a good wheel set for about $180, some BB5's or 7's, cables & housing.
