You most likely have a 1.125 straight head tube. Tapered fork is a no-go, no matter what headset you use.

Nope 44mm semi integrated. Extremely common before tapered fully took over.

He already said fsa pig headsets don't fit, too small. Which then makes it clear it's not a 1.125 (standard 1 1/8 straight head tube) as that is exactly what the FSA Pig headsets are for.

Tapered is no problem with the lower cup adapter that allows for 1.5 tapered.

I think you misread his post- he said 1.125 don't fit the steerer tube. Certainly one of us is misreading his alphabet soup.

OP, post a pic of the front of your head tube with the headset cups showing.

Right?! He's not even formatting his periods reliably.

Is the bottom bearing cup external? If so, it should be a ZS49/28.6 | EC44/30 according to the Cane Creek headset finder. The first part is for the upper headset and the last part for the bottom. Buy a cheap caliper and measure it to be sure.

I think as mentioned he's trying to cram a tapered fork into an old straight 1 1/8 head tube bike. I looked at pics of the bike and it looks like 44mm semi integrated (I watch some reviews too). Which is why he's probably having issues
