    Good bike?

Me and my dad just started biking and I was thinking about getting this bike but I've never heard of the brand so we were wondering if it was any good?

and if it is, is it better then this bike?

Ibex is a excellent bike, as far as components the Trophy is a step up across the boards. The Trophy is also a frame that can take abuse so if you decide to hit a little jump it will be happy to soar.

Check out the Ibex forum you will find there is allot of support & a great group of riders. http://forums.mtbr.com/forumdisplay.php?f=105

Ibex bikes are probably(along with Motobecane)the best deals out there. And yes it's better then the GF as far as the components go although some people don't mind the trade off because they like the Genesis Geometry on the GF.I'd get the Ibex, they have a good reputation on here and you just can't beat that price!
