First MTB build - suggestions needed

    Hi everybody,

I am in the first stage of building my first mtb. I have been riding road bikes exclusively for the past 5 years and I feel it is time to branch out :-).

    So here's my plan:

    Carbon hard tail
    Double Crankset
    100mm travel fork

The rest is an open question really. The fork I already have: A Fox 32 F100 RL. The frame will be either a Scott Scale 2011 or a Focus Raven 2011.

I also came across this E-bay auction for a 2011 XTR cassette, seems a great deal: XTR 2011 cassette

For the remainder of the parts I would like a complete XTR setup (off course ), but with all the new 10 speed options, is there anything out there with a high bang for buck factor?

    Any suggestions are welcome!

Have you check out Ibis Tranny, another good hard tail, love the Geo.

High bang for the buck I don't know but I like the Industry 9 wheelset, I guess American Classic are good value, as well as hope. The new Shimano hubs are pretty good as well.
