    Cheap cruiser

I'm going to be moving to a beach town for a few months and am looking to pick up a cruiser for my wife and I to cruise around town. I'd like something cheap because I don't want to worry about it getting stolen and I'll only be using it for a few months. What would you recommend for a comfortable fun bike for tooling around town?

I picked up a nirve classic for $150 at a pawn shop. For the price, it's pretty sweet.

Found an electra beach cruiser for my wife on Craigslist for $140.

Depending on where you are relocating to, Craigslist or the local paper may be your best bet.

Or these guys look like they have soem cheap stuff.

the Micargi Falcon GT-R looks like it might be fun.

Cheap might be a relative term but I don't consider my Trek Cruiser Classic "expensive" so I'll recommend it. If your beach town has a bike shop then just go there. A cruiser is a cruiser for the most part and they don't vary much in price or design.
Don't you hate it when a sentence doesn't end the way you think it octopus?

Thanks for the replies. I'll probably first try craigslist, then local used shops, then bikebuyers.com and target. I'll probably want to spend less than $300 on both bikes, but maybe that will increase after test riding a couple

Cruisers seem to be easy to find on Craigslist. I just bought 4 for myself, fiancee, and two friends all for under $100 each. Just look on Craigslist and ride it to see if you like it. You can always modify it later too if there are minor things you don't like about it. If your limit is $300 then you should have no problem finding a nice cruiser.
