Cannondale RZ 120-4 vs Specialized Camber Comp

I am considering buying one of the following bikes, but wanted to get input/suggestions.

Cannondale RZ One Twenty 4 - Mike's Bikes - Road and Mountain Bike Shop, components, parts, accessories, service and repair

Specialized Camber Comp - Mike's Bikes - Road and Mountain Bike Shop, components, parts, accessories, service and repair

I have rode around on the cannondale rz 120-4 in the store, and the bike and frame seem to fit me.
I have yet to ride around on the specialized camber comp.

I wanted to know how the 2 bikes compare to each other, and also, how i would benefit from a slightly more expensive bike like the:
Cannondale RZ One Twenty 3 - Mike's Bikes - Road and Mountain Bike Shop, components, parts, accessories, service and repair

I have been riding around on a friends Cannondale VSL (V-Brakes, Full Spring Suspension, circa 2001) and it has a Large frame and is a little small for me.
I have done 15-20 rides since may and have started to do some technical riding.
    Also, i am currently 6ft, 235ish lbs.

Here is a few examples of a few of my bike routes:

I just noticed that one is cross country (specialized) and the other is Trail (cannondale)
From what I read, cross country = lighter and faster; Trail = somewhat light and more durable.
Can someone explain that or link me to an explanation on the difference?

The Camber says it's "XC Trail" which is even more confusing, but they are really going to be equally good on moderately rough trails. I wouldn't be tossing them off any jumps > 4 feet, and even those I'd try to land softly. Both of these bikes are going to be great for just about any mountain bike trail out there, except the especially gnarly ones. But, as they say, it's more about the rider than the bike.

Here's a link with some specs:
    - RZ 120 4
    - Camber

On specs, I'd give the nod towards the Camber. The fork is better, the drive train is a step above, and the FSR suspension design has been proven. I like the Cannondale, but the RST and X-Fusion components kind of turn me off. But in the end, the most important thing is fit and feel. Ride them both if you can and pick the one that fits you best.

    Which to choose

I have an 2011 cannondale rz 120 4 and it is one of the strongest bikes i have ridden. Some people think it cant handle jumps but i have taken it off of numerous drops over 6 feet and you can jump it over 4 feet, i rode mine at northstar at tahoe and it handled great on double black diamond trails and it easily handled jumps over 6 feet. But honestly specialized does have little better componets but the cannondales work just as good.

The camber specs look better to me, although I ride a 2010 RZ 120 3 and absolutely love it. For some reason the 2010 RZ bikes had much better components than the newer ones of the same numerical rating though, so it may not mean much that my 2010 is great.
