    Bike measurement conversions

Stupid question: When I read bike specs in the geometry, and manufacturer A has a wheelbase of 1203 while manufacturer B is 121.6, I'm trying to figure out--is it mm to cm... (or vice versa) how do I find the equivalency?

    Yes mm to cm. Here’s the beauty of metric: 1203mm = 120.3cm and 121.6cm = 1216mm.

A bike with a 1203cm wheelbase would be as long as a semi truck. One with a 121.6mm wheelbase would fit in the palm of your hand.
    Do the math.

Thanks fellas, I knew it was simply moving the decimal but my phone conversion app was throwing commas at me and I thought I was losing my mind! I'm trying to compare my current 2014 TREK Fuel EX 29 geo to a short list of 2018 bikes to replace it. Since I'm not riding just yet, I'm doing some research gathering. Am looking at the YT Jeffsy 29 and the thought the wheelbase might be shorter than I'm used to but NO, its WB is 1205mm compared to the '14 Fuel's 1193mm! Being 6'3" @ 220lbs. I am not wanting to go to a tighter cockpit. Their Reach was about the same, 466/465. The Rocky Mtn. Instinct looks like a stretch Cadillac on paper compared to these two. Unfortunately I won't be able to test ride anything for a few weeks (and you just can't test ride a YT). Let me know if my thinking is on the right track here--MUCH appreciated!

@BigSki go to https://bikenerds.io and you can compare your bike. If it's not in the database you can add one.
