Best HT frame for the $ (xpost)

    (xpost from AM)

My bike has been in pieces for about 2 years and now that Im out of college, its time to ride again. Ive donated my old frame so I need to get a new one. Price is a big factor in this since Im trying to buy a house.

Ive narrowed it down to 10 choices. Riding style is all XC. Fork is 100mm Reba SL.

    Here are the contenders:

    Azonic AZ7

    Cove HandJob XC

    DMR Switchback

    DMR Trailstar

    Kinesis Maxlight Easton XC2

    Kinesis Maxlight Easton XC Pro

    On One Scandal

    Scott Comp Racing

    Scott Scale 40

    Sinister Ridge

Of all those, I'd go with the Cove. Cove bikes kick ass. If you plan to do racing at all, might be better off with a scott. Even so, go with the Cove!

Cove are known for making retardedly strong north shore proven bikes. Are they better than the others you have posted? i dont know. But i would go with the cove also just purely on the cool factor. I almost bought a handjob 2 yrs ago but it was a little over priced at the bike shop. I really liked the way it handled descents. I just built a heavy duty DeKerf Implant and love it but its expensive.
It's 10 o'clock, do you know where your mom's is at?
