Just buy new wheels. If you need to do both rim and spokes, it's likely to be cheaper.

bicyclewheelwarehouse.com sponsors one of the forums on this site, gets good feedback, and can probably save you some money.

Building wheels is only economically feasible on really high end wheels. Buy a pre built set.

There's your answer. Building wheels is very expensive, buying pre-built wheels is the most sensible way to go.
Don't you hate it when a sentence doesn't end the way you think it octopus?

Cheers all for the replys, but it's going to cost me 150 all in to rebuild them and i can see anywhere that doe's wheels with good hubs.
One reason i want to rebuild is because i have hope hubs and there maxle wheels too.

Looks like CRC has silver DT Swiss bouble butted (2.0 - 1.8) for $0.70 USD each if you buy 36 at a time and that includes brass nipples:

Don't know if it would be cheaper for you to get something from over here stateside, but danscomp has Sapim silver bouble butted 2.0 - 1.8 spokes for $0.40 USD each, $0.50 each for black.

Here are the rims you've mentioned:

You'll need to know the hub dimensions to order the correct spoke length.

    What hubs are you using?

    Some good wheelbuilding info here:
