Scott sub 45 can someone explain Continental Sport Contact 622-37C vs 700-37C

I want to get a Scott Sub 45 but some retailers list the 622-37C version or the 700-37C version whats the difference if any?

the 37C is the width of the tires right?

it runs Continental Sport Contact slicks.

    No difference.

700C is the name of the wheel size. 622mm is the measurement of the diameter of the bead seat of the rim, or the bead of the tire.

'C' refers to an old French measurement system. The tire width is 37mm.

If you're considering this bike, hop on a couple road bikes too.
