Knee pads with Braces or support

I was wondering if anyone made a knee pad with braces or lateral support? I have googled this and spoke to jenson and cant find anything. I cant imagine im the only one that mountain bikes that requires both. Currenting i where my ace braces. However, the two times i went down both my knees hit the ground right where the holes are. I would love to kill two birds with one stone, without having to resort to wearing both at the same time.

I think DaKine made something. Try snowboard-oriented manufacturers or your local board shop.

Have you seen a PT about your knees? They often respond quite well to therapy.

They make them for MX riders, try Googling motocross knee braces.
