Caution; Merge; Workers Ahead! Fork Preload problems. Please Help!

OK, so I just got a new bike. It is the Nashbar at29. It came with a low end suspension fork, the suntout xct 28. It has a speed lockout on the right and the preload on the left. This is not an air suspension, it is a spring suspension Anyways, I wanted to know how many revolutions the preload might take and where is the limit? Are you supposed to hear clicks? I think that I have the preload all the way to the left, the weakest point, but when I sit on the bike, it's very stiff. There is no sag at all. I wanted to know if I should force the preload more to the - sign or of that is the limit. Thanks!

Ask Nick, he works for Suntour:

Forcing the preload will probably break it.

The Raidon is a $350 fork, this upgrade deal lets you play for $189

It will transform your bike :P

Is there a change when you use the lockout? If not, you could have a spring weight inside that is too firm for your body weight. Or something could be messed up with the lockout system.
