    will a 28T chainring fit a 2015 banshee rune??

has anyone tried a 28T chainring on a 2015 banshee rune? will there be enough clearance for the chain with the lower part of the chainstay?

In what position on the crank if it's a double or triple with bash and what chainline crank? From my experience with my Phantom and Prime, if I tried to run a 28t ring in the inboard "granny ring" position of my 104/68 BCD 51mm chainline cranks, it would definitely hit the stays, if I ran one using a spiderless crankset in the "middle ring" position, no issues at all.

My wife rocks a 28T. It is close on the chainstay drop. Put some mastic tape on the chainstay and you will be fine.

Thank you LyNx. I am currently using a 32t single ring with 11-36t and zee short cage at the rear. i will definitely go 28t for easier climbs.
