x-post -- The Colorado Trail - Kenosha Pass to Georgia Pass ONB

This video is a compilation of sections of the Colorado Trail from Kenosha Pass to
Georgia Pass. The scenery along this route is spectacular! The route takes you through
big pines, aspen forests, and alpine meadows, with plenty of panoramic vistas along the
    way.

Nice! I like the music. Did you come back on Jefferson? That climb up to Georgia Pass is a grunt. Maybe it's just the endless energy sapping tree roots and elevation but it made me cry.

    Thanks!

We just did it as an out and back, so whatever we rode in one direction, we rode in the
other direction too. I think Tracey and I get enough high-altitude riding (heck, we're up on
top of 9154 ft. Mt Lemmon every weekend during the warmer months in Tucson) that we're
    used to that factor.

Roll Thai ***** all the way to Breckinridge next time.

From Georgia to Breckenridge is like 25 miles of mostly down. Need a shuttle back to Kenosha though.

Negative. It's another 1100' climb to stay on the CT to Breck. Or you can go down the road. But really the descent off Georgia Pass isn't anything to die for unless you like rocks. And lots of them.
