    WTF?????? 100 degrees today?

    I refuse to turn my AC on. I ain't going to do it.

    Heat, that's why we started riding at 4:30AM today. Weather was great and it was fully light out by 5:15AM.

    Oh what the heck, I burned like 4,500 calories this morning, it's hot outside... And this just seemed like the perfect drink to go with my lunch.

    btw - it was very tasty. I've long been a fan of Full Sail beers but hadn't ever had any of their Session labeled brews, I'll be back for more after work.

    I love riding in the heat. Lungs feel all nice and expanded, burn a ton of calories, barely any hikers on the trail. Best time of year!

    water bicycle endurance

    Thinking it will not be far from seeing water bicycle endurance races .. I would certainly try. What do you think?

    I approve of this weather! It's awesome! It can definitely be a bit hotter and I'll still be ok.

    Old & Slow will be out there for sure. It was pretty sweet out last night! Just a couple hikers and bikers compared to the masses out a month ago. It was World Class!
