    Does that mean Bikepacking?

We just did Mt. Rose to Marlette Lake to Chimney Beach. . . 23 miles or so and a load o elevation. 5 hours on the saddle, but the downhill from Marlette to Lake Tahoe / Chimney Beach was epic.

I might be in Tucson for work next week. . . we'll see.

yeti seems grumpy today, maybe a big bike would cheer him up??? For me either tricking out my AS-X or putting some cash aside for a Pivot Firebird.

Naw, I don't see Chad getting a big bike. I would be very surprised.

Naw prob not. It would be too heavy for an old man to ride on canals. Plus shuttling is out of the question for him, cause back when he was ur age he used to have to ride up the hill with no tires just rims, in the snow with snakes chasing him.

Your bug is for whatever bike you don't have at any given moment.

My rear rim is shaped like a stop sign right now. Tried to get the cassette off to use a rental rim... fail, that sucker is on there good. Coil-Repair is still going strong though, almost all of the crappy stock parts are broken or replaced already. Rear rim, shifters, rear der, brakes are all that are left.

Chucks has yours beaten hands down. His rear wheel was barely still rolling at Sunrise on Sunday.

    Ahahaha!

I can't think of a crappier way to spend my day than eating someone else's burritos.
