Shadetree has always done a great job for me - for anything mechanical.

everything except rear shock full rebuilds i do at home. suspension service isn't really difficult at all. it seems intimidating to a lot of people but it's really no more difficult than any other bicycle maintenance.

    In my garage.

Watch the SRAM or Fox videos and you can get through it if you have the slightest mechanical aptitude and tools.

Not the answer you were looking for but I'm with the others. In my garage is where the most trusted service is done plus it gives me an excuse to drink more beer

I agree. You need to buy a few tools but it's generally not complicated. If you are technically minded it's the way I would go.

I used Velofix for my last service. They come to your house and fix it in their van. I was pleased with price and service.

I've heard good reviews for Rage and Slippery Pig but no real experience.

I've taken two rear shocks to Rage however both were warranty issues so they had to send them back to Fox and DVO and didn't really do any of the work themselves.
Hey guys, lets go play bieks!

I started this journey with zero knowledge of suspension but watched a complete Reba rebuild once, in person, and have done it myself ever since. See if your local mechanic will let you watch a total fork rebuild. From there, there are tons of youtube vids. Fork wiper seals are really easy.
