    Weds. Early AM Lost Doggie-Style

Unless the World Series game tonight goes real late, I'm planning on going out to do the "Workout Loop" early Weds. morning. Probably roll in at 5:30 am from the 128th St. trailhead.

Thinking Lost Dog to Overlook to McDowell Mtn. Ranch Loop (down Quartz, up Taliesin) back to Overlook to Lost Dog then up and over Ringtail back to 128th St. Should be 1:20-30 of trail time, hope to be done by 7 am.

Lights will be needed until roughly the bottom of the Quartz trail.

Let me know if anyone is planning on going out and wants to join me at any point.

Steve (Az Clyde) and I are doing a night ride on my side at 8:00PM Wednesday night or I would join you. If you don't go, your welcome to come along with us. Beer to follow.

Is Quartz that trail that starts off real steep at the top and then follows the wash for a while? Kinda loops you are around the North side of MMR ...

'Twas a good ride, though I pinch flatted starting down Quartz. Pissed me off.

Very humid out, was sweating my ass off. Had to take off my glasses as they were all fogged up. Pissed me off.

Front tire was almost flat as I finished Ringtail back to 128th. Pissed me off.

Getting pissed off is better than getting pissed on.

You should probably invest in some thorn-proof DH tubes or something.
