    Tucsonan in Oregon. Pic Heavy.

So the fiance, pup, and I decided to escape the the desert heat and head up to Oregon for a much needed vacation. We were signed up for MBO and decided to also stay an extra week for some more sightseeing and riding for a total of almost two weeks in beautiful Oregon. We had an awesome we based camped out of Oakridge and then explored out from there. We got in about 8 days of riding, hit up the coast and also checked out Crater Lake. There are tons of thing to do in Oregon and I know we barely skimmed the surface so we will definitely be going back. For the riding we got in Alpine, Tire Mountain, Windberry, Middle Fork, Salmon Creek, Larison Rock & Creek, Hardesty (twice), McKenzie River, and the Umpqua River. All were great trails with different things we liked on each one. Though I think Alpine, Hardesty, and NUT were the favorites. Here are some pics now since I am better at those then words and I don't want to ramble on to long about picking berries and other dumb crap we did up there.

Don't see to many of these in Tucson.

    Blue Pool

    NUT

A lot better then riding under Cholla

There are just tons of water features and bridges here. I don't think I had ever ridden over a bridge until then.

Kenda wishing we were there already.

The drive seemed like it took forever.

    Salmon Creek.

Not to often do I get to do this on a trail at home.

I'm inspire above all things now..... to drink a pint! Kudos on the trip. I'm green like the scenery with envy. And a 3/4 pint? Who gets that? Man I love mountain biking! Great shots.
Today's the day I eat bikes.

Second one from the top looks to be Sahalie Falls... Quite nice, along with the rest of the Upper McKenzie River. This is on Hwy 126 headed up around Santiam Pass, east of Eugene.

The first three pics are from McKenzie River Trail "MRT", and then the next three are from the Umpqua River Trail "NUT".
