    Trails near Anthem

    Hello,

I just moved to Anthem and I was curious if there were any decent trails nearby. I know there are great trails in Sedona and Flagstaff, but I was looking for something local. When I drive around, it looks like there are trails...but I didn't see anything in the trail reviews nor did I find any trails heads. Any direction or suggestions would be helpful.

    Thanks in advance,
    Drew

You can ride the Maricopa trail from Anthem into Cave Creek Park. Also Maricopa to Spur Cross. Check out Emery Henderson part of Black Canyon trail it is close to you, you can do a 11 mile lolly pop that is a lot of fun or go further if you want. Like someone else mentioned check out The Black Canyon Trail. Hit me up if you want ride.

Try Deem hill for a warm up ride, the cave creek loops, and the sonoran mountain trail at Fireside Norterra
