Emery Henderson Trail Head of off New River Rd. is a good place to start if you're looking for easy but not canal dirt trail easy.

The Maricopa Trail might also be an option in the area....

If you want to drive about 10 minutes South, you can hit Sonoran Trail off I17 and Jomax. It is an easy trail. A little bit of climbing, but easy.

Well, it is AZ.......do you mean like a dust storm or do you mean the actual trail surface? If it's been awhile since the trail has seen rain, it does get a bit powdery in spots. After a good rain, it firms up nice. But that's life in the desert.

So, besides the dust, how'd you like the trail?

yeah, I was referring to the dust storms. I like getting the bike dusty from riding.

The trail is fun. I need to get back into shape. Im coming off of a 10 year layoff. You know how it is, the better shape youre in the more fun it is to ride
