    Thanks AZMikey and bugaroo!

Thanks again for getting my yacking butt home Saturday.I can;t thanks you enough.

I'm feeling better but not 100%. I still don;t know what really happened, but it was rather apparent that I was very dehydrated.

Glad to hear you're feeling better, you were in pretty bad shape Saturday.

Glad to hear your feeling better. The sharp elevation gain/drop probably didn't help either.

Start pounding some electrolytes if you haven't already.

I think your fancy education must be in Bonkology, Dr. C. Glad to hear you're coming around.

PM me when you're feeling better -- it'd be great to get out on a ride with you again.

    CJ!

Was great meeting/talking to you Saturday! Did you happen to get a pic of me on Six Shooter? (I was on the Red Foes).

I don;t know what it was Paul, it really had nothing to do with bonking. I never felt out of sorts from riding. but the stomach was doing little flips before I even climbed in Louis's desert mountain rocket sled. =)

WTF man? You snuck back to the proper mtbiking region, eh? Guess I've been outta commission for a while, and hadn't heard the rumblings. More good reason to head for Phoenix sooner than later.

Er, are you in PHX, or elsewhere...?

I was getting worried when you rolled out of the truck onto the freeway then just stayed there, curled up in a ball. The great thing about your situation is that, some day, this will make a great story. "Remember the day I threw up my spleen then shoved it back down my throat so that I wouldn't choke on my liver." Followed by, "Mike and Greg were looking so sexy that I let them both take advantage of me then had them throw me down on the freeway ramp so that I would really know I was their biaaaaatch.
    Glad you recovered.
