Scenic mountain bike trip (beginner level)

My girlfriend and I will likely be heading north in the morning and I am looking for a scenic and not too difficult ride for us to do. A little elevation change is OK if it is not too rocky or technical

Pretty much anywhere that isn't going to be 105 would be great

Post up I am pretty much clueless as to whats good outside of PHX on a Mountain bike.

We will be back up in globe tomorrow most likely.. Plus we just rode the other main trail up there and it is mellow but flowy and nice.

Rainbow Rim Trail on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Camp at Locust Point in the trail's center and ride 2 out and back rides. Hilly but not tech and the camping is world class. No bathroom or water, free camping, just pull up to the edge and enjoy the sunset.
8000' so cool in the day but mild at night.
AZ Trail (Kaibab 101) from the East Rim viewpoint is also scenic and fun south or north.
