It depends on what you want to ride and what side of town you are on. Bugs can be done in less then 3 hr without a shuttle. Prison camp can be done in an hour or less. Most people do at least 2 laps. I live near Aqua Cliente and if I go up past the cattle pond it only takes about 1 to 1.5 to do an out and back. Honeybee and 50 year are also available options.

Depends on what part of town you're in. If you're on the West side or in the downtown/midtown area, Starr Pass and Sweetwater are great options. Both are on Trailforks. Plus, Starr Pass now has signage so you can't get lost! East or N/E side, Bugs and Prison Camp are great options.

You can do prison camp as an out and back from the Molino camp ground.

Yes, via a short connector running from the Gordon Hirabashi camp ground up to the road where there is a crosswalk. The far side of the cross walk is the bottom of Bugs. I personally do not recommend trying to ride up Bugs though.

    Something like this

    Quick ride in tucson-ride-copy.pdf

Roughly 13 miles 2,300' gain. 1.5-2 hours depending on your pace.

It is called Molino Basin in MTB Project. That said, I highly recommend the trailforks app, it has more of the Tucson trails.
