Might have some trouble finding a good spot to ride up here in Flag, things are thawin' pretty good but need some time yet. Sedona would probably be a better choice.

www.redagave.com is dog friendly and located on the Shades/Hiline trails. It's busy season in Sedona so I don't know if they have openings or not.

Weather is good, especially if the wind stays down.

    have fun!

Heading to Prescott for the week before the Whiskey Run, would like to run over and ride Arizona Trail out of Aspen Corner. It is ready yet?

Free lodging under the bridge by fourth street, just bring lots of beers for your friends.

Hah! Cruise the Rt66 bike path after 8pm and enjoy all the herbal aromas from the same crowd.

Any tent camping suggestions for Sedona? Somewhere with shower facilities would be nice. Thanks

Not even close. Maybe by mid-May. Pretty good storm shaping up for next week as well w/ snow levels down to 5000'. Or not, but either way it's gonna be another month for trails above 8000' in the flag area.

    Thanks.

Maybe AZ Trail in Walnut Canyon then. Anything ready on Elden beside Fort Valley/Schultz.

I am thinkin' Sedona maybe the better day trip.

Can't go wrong with red durt but the AZ trail on the east side is a go. And there's always Rocky Ridge.

Camping options are super limited, like $20 / night and no shower.

Or dirt camping / dispersed camping options on Beaver Head Flat Rd or FR 525. No facilities.

The weather should be good for camping over the next few months, then it's onto Flag.
