Depends on what you mean by 'good'.

Go to the top of the big hill... That's Oak Dr. to Cedarwood Dr. Somewhere up around Cedarwood and Mescalero you will see the THs, which are just gates at the end of the street.

Bear to your right for singletrack down to the ATV tracks, followed by lots of babyheads and loose rock. There is a sort of hard to find connector to some very nice trails in this area. Look around, and keep track of where you are. Munds Park just sort of hides over the hill, and it isn't always clear which direction is 'back to town'.

Bear to your left and down for a sweet winding ride down very ridable singletrack, turning into buff doubletrack after the ATV tracks. Fast and fun, up and down, decided non-technical however. These trails wend their way all the way out to the Forest Roads near the I-17 rest area. Lots of different loops and routes possible here.

None of this is really challenging, but pretty. Watch for human+dog traffic on the small trails, and keep an ear out for ATVs on the wider tracks.
