Here is a compilation of pics from my last year of unemployment....thanks to all of you who put in the hard hours and contribute to my weekly payout of government cheese.....my beer fueled rants and adventures are because of you tiny working people......much love.....!!!!

All of these pics are from AZ, with 6 pics as the sole exception......you get to pick out the 6......keep on workin'....cuz I really like the government cheese....it goes really well with the $20 salami from New Frontiers!

Credit goes to Phish for making such a kick ass song, Bug.

Get back to work you "SLACKER" , your making me feel bad for working all my life and never being able to collect unemployment.

I am the one who has to pay it to an employee that clams it on me

But I will say your pics are great and I envy you for making it work , looks like you are having a great time , I want to come with you !

    Dear Mr. Jurguer:

It has recently come to our attention that you have been spending your time unemployed in a most subversive manner. We would have hoped that you would have stayed home with the blinds drawn closed, eating your cheese and remaining invisible.

By posting this, what you have done is provide employed people everywhere with a spark of inspiration to think beyond the confines of their cubes, their delivery trucks, their offices and their commutes. Were even a fraction of these working stiffs to follow your lead, there would be a complete breakdown in the System.

This is most unacceptable, and by receipt of this letter we demand that you cease and desist this immediately.

    Signed,

    AZ Health and Inhuman Services

    PS--Nice shots of Zion.

So, you obviously don't really need unemployment making a years worth of trips like that. What do you "do" for a living that you: a) can't find a job; b) don't work and have that much fun living off unemployment? I know I couldn't live off unemployment. Must've had a heavy severance package from the last job or the Mrs. is loaded

Nice video, BtW. Looks like loads of fun you had.More fun than I did, probably 'cause I was working

These programs were supposed to be for the least among us who need help. Hope you feel good taking cheese of the tables of single mothers and the elderly. My grandparents would have a few things to say about able bodied Jackwagons who can't fend for themselves, or think themselves too qualified to do jobs Americans wont do.... Ride on, but get to work, volunteer, something.

As I recall collecting unemployment actually requires a bit of work. Anyhoo, nice pics. Give me a holler if you want some work in October for two weeks surveying sandbars.

You'll get back to work when you are good and ready.

I'd say 1:15 looks like it could be up around the Colorado Trail around Durango, CO. 2:58 looks like Engineer Peak in the backround, 3:02 is Engineer Trail coming down to Cascade Creek near Durango CO. And 4:31 too, Durango, CO,

U2...is that who sang that song?

Then I guess that comment should have been directed at Sammy.

Seriously...I'm digging the pics...especially those with the 2 sticks. I'm already missing the snow.

    Looks like fun

Lots of talk about the employee who rides the unemployment gravy train. I do worry this 'live on the government' mindset is pervasive in our culture.

    Then you worry too much.

My understanding is, lots of folks in Scottsdale are looking for day labor!

Have you considered selling CDs of your video at WSP shows? Maybe get a shirt that says "Will Work For Money"

Nice work! C'mon Peeps, didn't the "Molas Pass" sign tip anyone off?

Glad that I took at least one of those pics, even happier that I was with you in at least 3 of them and looking forward to sharing the trail with you in many more James!

BTW, I thought I'd see a Flight of the Pigs pic in there too.
