    Maricopa Trail in East Valley

With regards to Maricopa Train in the East Valley:
    https://www.maricopacountyparks.net/...il-www-bw1.pdf

is the section from Veterans Oasis Park East to Power, then north to Sonoqui Wash an actual trail or is it just riding along the road? Anyone familiar with this stretch.

I lived near Oasis Park for 10 years. I've seen the entire area built up from just farm land. I've ridden all over the area and the only thing I recall is either road riding or riding on the farm roads. I could be wrong as I haven't been in the area for a little over a year now, but I believe it's the same...IE - road or farm gravel road.

It's mostly road-ish. There's a dirt path next to the sidewalk on Chandler Heights Rd. (south side) between Higley & Power.

There is a dirt farm road on the North edge of Oasis. Exit/entrance NE corner that goes to at Least Greenfield. Haven't been past that. Runs through alfalfa fields. There was a dairy on Val Vista just East of Oasis. Lot's of dirt moving going on so I can't promise it will stay that way.

think people have different definitions for trails. From what I know of the Maricopa trail is a combination of paved and unpaved canal bike paths, bike paths on roads that are paved, shoulders of roads with no specific bike usage, and actual mtb double/single track dirt/granite trails
