Local training ride: Thursday’s in Anthem 7pm

FYI, There is an interval training ride that starts from the Diamond Canyon Elementary School in Anthem every Thursday @ 7pm. The ride lasts about 1 – 1½ hours and promptly starts at 7pm. If you live in the area, please come by and check it out, its great training or you can just come out to meet and ride with other local cyclists. Please PM me if you’d like additional details or have any questions.

Please note this is a road ride, however, you can show up on whatever bike you have! You might get gapped if you don’t have a road bike; however, it’s a loop so you won’t be by yourself for long until the regroup point.

PS This is not a ride I organize - I just thought I’d spread the word.

My daughters cat has adopted me, so I suppose even if I'm not voluntarily. I am stuck with one. It's not as evil as a parrot.
