Lemmon Drop Shuttle 3.25.17 at 7:00am

Ever heard of Moab’s “Whole Enchilada”? Well this is Tucson’s version, and its arguably gnarlier and more brag-worthy. Plenty of fast descents with chunky switchbacks, but climbers will enjoy the challenging terrain. This ride includes trails such as Incinerator Ridge, Green Mountain, Bug Springs, Prison Camp, and finishes with the infamous La Milagrosa. (the full Lemmon Drop includes a few additional trails, such as Aspen Draw and Bigelow, but are not always accessible this time of year. We will get you as high as possible!) This is a Black-Double Black Diamond ride!! Your fitness and techy skills should be advanced.
Logistically, we make it easy to ride the Lemmon Drop! Leave a car at the bottom (end of La Milagrosa trail, on Suzenu Rd), and we’ll get you and your bike to the top. This ride is approximately 20+ miles, and takes 4-10 hours, depending on your experience and pace. THIS IS A NON-GUIDED, SELF-SUPPORTED RIDE. Please be responsible for your own route finding and bringing your own supplies (first aid, tire repair kit, food, 100+oz water, tools, etc).

$40 per person, reservations required! Register here:http://homegrownmtb.com/event/lemmon-drop-shuttle-2/

Does anyone know which of the upper trails like Aspen/Sunset/Bigelow are rideable/accessible right now?

Have not been up Lemmon lately, but looks like it is clear from the bottom. I was at 8500 feet on Mica Mountain in the Rincons this week and all is clear.

Aspen draw is on the north face. Probably downed trees and snow still.
