Wow. It's not even April!! WTF. Is this near the AZT at all? Wondering how this will impact the AZTR.
    Shit happens...

I doubt this is anything to worry about. Its only 10 acres or so. The conditions today are not extreme or anything, and much of that area has been treated. Fire resources have been deployed already. Just a little man made fire ecology in action.

That being said, yes it is too early for this. Too early for moon dusted trails, too early for fires.

I hope the storm systems in the forecast actually drop something measurable this week.

That's a bummer. In California, with the continued severe drought, it's been fire season every month of the year with some really bad ones happening right in the middle of Winter, even.

Always seems like we get another bit of winter before the end of April...lets hope we get it soon...moon dust in May isn't good...
BTW, Sedona was moon dust city yesterday... The SBFL route crosses dry creek about 10x and I've ridden in past years where you got your feet wet 10x...this year every crossing was BONE dry...

I also hope we get more moisture as the mountains east of the valley are bone fricking dry and already dusty june conditions
