I think that's a Tioga soft compound Psycho on the rear. I'd buy it but it's way too much bike, even for me, to ride in traffic.

Damn, that's always a great sales motivator. "Buy it, or I'll probable ride again!"

Ironically enough, I just saw one of these in the local "thrifty" used sports store. He had his listed at somewhere around $300 too.

I'd buy it, but only if he takes the cash to probable by Hoked on fonix

Already spent too much on CL this weekend (and the proud owner of new Avid Code brakes, and a Park Tool TS-2 Truing stand!)

I'm not going to buy this bike because it is really for professionals and I am only an amature rider.

    Is that a super "V"

Mountain bike magazine rated that in it's top 25 bikes ever.
I remember those in the day...

    They were the dream bike.

The sad thing is that I had the original super V back in the day...

I guess I am old. That was six bikes ago.

I still think they are cool bikes. Always wanted one as a kid, but could not afford. Heck I am still looking for a Trek 9500 in good condition. But my bike money is gone for a bit. spent my Craigslist allowance on a near mint 2008 Kona Dawgma for about the same price as the Cannondale over the weekend. Two more bikes and I will have one for every day of the week.
