Unfortunately bidding has ended on this particular Ebay auction, but the price of 32 quid probably does not seem to fit the attention that it got.

    Here is a funny linky:

Never looked at that thread. well...whateva

I saw this bike in person when it first came out years ago (1996?) in the Porsche Store in Aspen. There it was, sitting next all the Porsche Jackets, Porsche frying pans, Porsche cutlery, and of course, a Porsche fly fishing pole.

It was sometime in the late 90's that Porsche followed suit in VW's "Trek Edition" and threw in a rack and FS bike that looked very similar to that. Being a broke porter at the Porsche dealer, I badly wanted a FS bike but couldn't afford one and still wouldn't have taken that heap of garbage if it were free. I think it weighed in at 45 lbs or so- I rode one in the parking lot and couldn't even bunny hop the thing. It was probably really cool to the fat guy in a little car to pedal around his neighborhood to show that he owns 2 Porsches
The secret to mountain biking is pretty simple. The slower you go the more likely it is youll crash.

    Bidding has stopped ??

Damn, I sooo wanted it, especially with the cool rear view mirror and wheel reflectors (safety first ).

Oh well, I guess I'll just have to settle for my 2012 Pivot Firebird that I'll be picking up tomorrow

It doesn't come with reflectors and mirrors, so I guess I'll have to dig a little deeper and splurge for those.

The only decent item in this posting is the Raceface water bottle.
