    Cold!!

Just got in from what is probably my last "before the sun comes up" morning ride of the year...it was COLD on SoMo! It was cool Tuesday morning, but I froze today!

I know what you mean. It was 22 here in Flag this morning, I had to put on a jacket and gloves...

Went out this morning at 6:30 am and threw on a long-sleeve Under Armour under my usual sleeveless top...a bit of overkill, 'cause it wasn't THAT chilly, but definitely a "chill in the air," Arizona-style...

Not surprising, considering you usually wear sleeveless shirts!

We left Dreamy Draw at 5:30 this morning and it was pretty chilly. I'm excited for the turn in seasons, but fearful for cold early morning rides.

Hey just be glad we don't have to mess with Snow around Phoenix.

It wasn't cold, (pretty cool though) but it won't be long before I need to wear something other than a jersey and shorts for my morning rides at SOMO. I am dreading the December mornings in the dark...

How the hell can we Phoenicians call 55 degrees cold? What has happened to me? When I was in college in New Mexico, we would go golfing without jackets if the temperature was at least 50 in the middle of winter. Now I whimper at anything below 65.

    Hovering or shivering?

That temp is only good when there is white stuff on the ground and LOTS of it!

Only 63 degrees when I returned from my ride on the Desert Classic, to the Helicopter Pad, and then down the goat trail. (Is it just me or is that trail in really bad shape?)

I had to wear a light jacket this morning when I left the house.

The face-melting heat of summer is forgotten. That wasn't so bad, was it?

Nothing compared to the joy of walking in Bozeman on a cheery forty-below morning.
