I don't like this hippy-dippy crap...I'm gonna stick with good ole' fashioned EPO. I mean, do you really want your piss to be pink? I for sure don't.

I had to cut back on eating beets a couple weeks ago because I was really starting to worry I may have some internal bleeding. Thankfully after a few beet free days things were back to normal.

Maad, Beets turn stool red not your piss. As Tom93 points out, it's always a little un-nerving when you turn to admire what your deposit and see red .... It makes you worry a little until you remember what you have eaten.

As for the hippy-dippy crap -I don't have a choice, my wife is an on-again off-again nutrition Natzi. If she feeds me too much good stuff I call a business lunch meeting and go have bad stuff. Also if you watch a few of the videos at nutritionfacts.org it makes a lot of sense to eat healthy. If my wife gets her way I'll live to 100+, and if I want to enjoy it I'll need to be riding.
