    Beau's Send-off

Thanks to all those who joined our celebration for Beau: Bob, Meagan, Jeannie, Alex, Jeffrey, Luke, JSun, and Elliott. It was a perfect winter day - the sun was shining with a cool breeze. Beau, Elliott, Luke and I went on to Telegraph and back. It was the best day on the mountain recent memory.

Latest update: Beau got a 4 week extension.

Yeah that's you're old preston Brent. I love that bike, thanks for selling it to me. And chad over at soul cycles rocks, he helped me out with a frame and a couple jerseys.

Nice, glad youre liking that bike. I miss it, I need to get another one.

Chad at Soul is a great guy, which frame did you get from him?

I got a green Dillinger. One of his blems that was sitting in his office, for riding back and forth to work. Every time I've been thereI end up hanging out for a lot longer than I planned, just bs'ing. More people need to know about his company.
He says you've been riding one of his prototypes for a long time and have yet to break it.
    Must be a strong frame.

Yup, Chad loves to talk shop, and I agree, more people need to know about Soul Cycles, especially since their headquarters are like 2 blocks from the new Titus shop. There are a couple frame manufacturers in the Valley, but few as cool as Chad.

The prototype has been fun, and it has been abused. Chad and I were convinced it would be broken quick, but 8 months later and I actually just bent the rear end out of straight a little bit

Here it is, the 5.5" "Vegas". 26" and 29er versions coming late March, sweet little bike

I got a chance to ride Sixty's Vegas when my Karpiel had issues in Moab.

Sick little bike, great climber, really stiff. I had a Matador before and this felt like a larger, more pedal friendly version of it.

My hardtail cried that she missed out on this ride... And the trail gap... And niagra falls... Glad to see such a badass turnout though!

Thanks for posting the pics Michael (got me on mtbr).

It was fabulous meeting some new folks and wicked riders.
Looks like you had a great ride after BV; wish I had the legs and the time to join y'all further that day.
