    BCT trail day Sat 04/11

    Email from Bob:

The biggest workday of the season is coming up April 11th. It is the last official workday before summer break and the REI sporting goods company is hosting the event as their annual volunteer service day. They will provide lunch, information and probably some "freebies". We are pleased that they selected the Black Canyon Trail for their annual event and excited about the likelihood of having the largest group of volunteers in BCT history and breaking our single day record of 1,820 ft of new single track.

Please join us for a festive day of fun, food and service to your favorite non-motorized sport.

    Bob

Please come out if you can make it. Even a half-day would be greatly appreciated and would provide the volunteer hours which help pay for the pro trail crews. With enough help from the folks who use the trail, maybe we could have a Prescott to Phoenix epic next season

Due to the magnitude of the event I would say short of a down pour its still on. You can email Bob on the BCT website and he can give you his cell number to call before heading out.
