    Anybody riding today?

I'm embarassed to admit, I've been on my bike I think twice since February 14th. Was in running/hiking mode to get ready for a GC hike that was cancelled last minute :-(.

Anyway, need to start riding again, as headed to Moab next month. Anybody riding tonight?

Ended up hitting PMP at around 5:30. Got about 9 miles in, and crashed about .5 miles in. Life is good.

Where in the heck can you crash .5 miles from where I believe you started. Or did you go west first?

Also did you hurt the trail any. What about the bike, any damage?

til 45 seconds on the track spikes your HR and tests every bike skill you thought you had.

do you know hard it is to ride a PT bike and drink a beer, you have to stand up and ride one-handed.

Come on, it does not take 45 seconds for me to realize I don't have any skills on a bike.

I'll have to try the one-handed beer thing.

I went out for some pump track riding at rage last night, that's a great supplement to add to your training!

Even though I know you're kidding, if you aren't getting a good workout riding PT, then you're doing it wrong.

Try to beat the total lap record at the Fishbowl. I believe its currently around 300 consecutive...

I recently tried picking my nose while DH'ing at Windgate and ended up pulling a wicked endo. Lesson of the day... Pick your nose and farmer snot on the flat land.
