Nice! Digging all the pics from Angelfire. Tough call though when in 12 hours you can be at Keystone or 13 Trestle.
Bender to AZDog: I'm not the best person to give advice on not riding!

Great pictures! Angelfire is a close second next to Trestle when it comes to the trail crew they have, they really know whats fun for every type of rider. I wish I can make it up there this weekend.

Yea, and I wonder why I can't see where I'm going most of the time?

Who were you? Did we see/talk to you on the trail?

And yes, we did have fun, lots of fun.

I wonder what it would be like to have trails like the ones at Angel Fire someplace close like Sunrise or Snowbowl? If the AZ community could get to a place with great lift-assisted riding in half the time we wouldn't have to take our hard-earned vacation dollars to another state.

    Oh, the possibilities . . .

Thanks for the pics. I'm still trying to decide where to bring my big bike the holiday weekend. Trestle? Angel Fire? Sunrise? I certainly wish the first two options were not so far away from Phx...

I was on a silver blindside. I showed up in an old red subaru. I think you said something to me when I was getting a pretty weird message on my cell phone during the lightning on friday.

Oh, yea I remember telling you to hold you cell phone very high over your head as we were standing there watching a lightning storm and lightning strikes all around us, it was a joke, but I think you might have taken it the wrong way.

I was kidding because of all the lightning in the area and you were standing in the middle of the parking lot checking your phone while my wife and I were looking for a place to hide.

I think I saw you hit that huge step-up once, that thing looked like riding up the side of a two-story building, yikes!

I was listening to a kind of distressing message and the look on my face had nothing to do with you. I felt bad afterwards because It must have looked like I was giving you the stink-eye. Sorry about that!

Too bad everyone that went recently couldn't make it to the freeride fest it trully was awesome.

arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body.

It's ok, most young hip-kids give us old non-hip folks the stink-eye just for being someplace where they think we shouldn't be, like riding our downhill bikes very slowly at a ski resort.

more madness from the old folks . . .
