XL Full Face helmet that doesn't belong to Buzz Aldrin
I'm having some difficulty finding a new full face helmet that's not super bulky. I'm coming off of the sixsixone shifted helmet, which fit great actually in size XL. My buddy let me borrow his TLD D3 xl/xxl helmet and damn, it's an astronaut helmet!! Huge and makes my body look tiny (tough to do when I'm 6'4 225lbs).
The question I have is the D2 smaller in profile than the D3? Or has anyone tried any of the other FF 661 helmets and if so do they have the same profile as the shifted helmet?

Yep, my favorite ff is the Avatar. The Urge helmets I have seem fairly low profile also, but they are designed very different from the Kalis. Not everyone likes Urge even if they fit.

Smitty, the overall profile/size of an XL d2 will be smaller than a D3. But you can not get caught up in 'how the size of helmet looks on me', if the helmet FITS you, then its a go. And know that an XL helmet will be bigger of course, but also packs in more EPS for greater protection haha.
